Confidential & Secure. In order to properly document your transformation find an area in your home that is well lit. Natural light is always the best light source. Wear as little as you are comfortable in but please do not get naked!

CHECK-INS

  • 1.5 minute completion time

To ensure the challenge maintains high integrity to ensure there isn't any image / results manipulations you will need to submit progress updates pictures weekly to remain eligible for any prizes.

STEP 6
COMPLETION

  • 5 minute completion time

After 12 short weeks you're ready to submit your Final After Submission photos. These final submissions are due between APRIL 04 - APRIL 11, 2022.
